These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of Hook Generator Pro and related services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Our Fair Use Policy explains usage guidelines for our Services.
Using Our Services
Registration. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
What You Cannot Do. You may not:
- Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable laws
- Use the Services in a way that infringes any third party's rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Services
- Automatically or programmatically extract data or Output
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services or Output
- Use Output to develop AI models that compete with our Services
- Share account credentials or allow multiple users to access one account
- Interfere with or circumvent any rate limits, restrictions, or safety measures
Content
Your Content. You may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." You are responsible for Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.
Ownership of Content. As between you and Hook Generator Pro, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you (a) retain your ownership rights in Input and (b) own the Output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output.
Similarity of Content. Due to the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence generally, Output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output from our Services. Our assignment above does not extend to other users' output.
Accuracy. Artificial intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. Output may not be accurate and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any Output before use.
Paid Services
Billing. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
Price Changes. We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You breach these Terms or our Fair Use Policy
- We must do so to comply with the law
- Your use could cause risk or harm to us, our users, or others
If we terminate your account, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance unless it is not appropriate for us to do so.

Limitation of Liability
Indemnity
If you are a business or organisation, to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) from third-party claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services and Content or any violation of these Terms.
General
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Disputes. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. By continuing to use our Services after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Fair Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
